Laboratory of Advanced Electronic Materials
We provide a wide range of Services
We develop nanomaterial-based solutions for next-generation electronics—from conductive inks and flexible substrates to sensors and energy-efficient components.
Our research bridges materials science and electronic engineering to enable smarter, smaller, and more reliable devices.
Electronics Laboratory
Computer simulation is one of the effective methods to research complex systems. Computer models are easier and more convenient than natural, especially in cases where actual experiments are difficult due to financial or physical obstacles or may give unpredictable results. The computer models formality allows identifying the main factors which determine the properties of an object studied, in particular, researching a simulated physical system response on changes of its parameters and initial conditions.
The main research directions:
- development and production of electronic equipment applied in technical processes using carbon nanostructured material (CNM);
- development and production of prototype electronic equipment to research physical properties of substances and materials containing CNM;
- development and production of electronic components prototypes based on CNM;
- development and production of prototype electronic equipment to research electrical characteristics of electronic components containing CNM;
- development and production of power supplies of cathodoluminescent lamps with cathodes based on CNM;
- development of CNM application technologies in electrochemical processes.
In the laboratory work, there is also a production component aimed at meeting the company’s own needs.
