Laboratory of Mathematical Modeling & Simulation

We provide a wide range of Services

We develop advanced computational models to predict material behavior, optimize nanomanufacturing processes, and accelerate R&D cycles.
By combining physics-based simulations with data-driven approaches, we turn complex challenges into solvable equations—long before physical prototypes are needed.

Mathematic simulation laboratory

Laboratory of high-temperature processes is a structural scientific and technological subdivision of ADVANCED RESEARCH & TECHNOLOGIES Pte which was established in 2011. The laboratory incorporates highly qualified scientists and process engineers with great experience in conducting physical and chemical research and technological processes development in various fields of engineering. The laboratory activity basis is to carry out fundamental and application research; to design laboratory facilities; to develop advanced process procedures; to develop control methods of process media and materials; to scale laboratory equipment and technologies up to an experimental-industrial (pilot) level; to directly participate in initial data development while designing innovative manufacturing methods in the directions stated below:

The main research directions

  • analysis of reactor thermal conditions for carbon nanomaterials production;
  • literature review on physical and mathematic simulation of gas-dynamic lasers operation;
  • computer code design for two-dimensional simulation of thermal and hydrodynamic working modes of a filtration combustion reactor for carbon nanomaterials production;
  • shift of the existing library “Interface” to 64-bit platform;
  • study of carbon nanomaterials formation and growth models;
  • model development and program design to calculate nonsteady flow in tree-type waterless fire protection systems;
  • preparation of SPH axially-symmetric model of microparticles high-speed collision with a screen.

"About Mathematic simulation"

“In modern materials science, the first prototype is often written in code—not cast in metal. Our simulation lab turns physics, chemistry, and data into predictive power, letting us explore thousands of material configurations in silico before a single gram is synthesized. This isn’t just modeling—it’s intelligent R&D that saves time, cuts risk, and sharpens innovation.”
