SDB – Special design bureau

Within the shortest period of time the Company founded SDB headed by Chief Designer, design subdivisions and pilot production. The main SDB objective is to establish new technology working models as soon as possible. This can be achieved due to the fact that the designers, technologists, industrialists, gathered in one structure, in close cooperation with our scientists and engineers, testers, without unnecessary bureaucratic relations, work for the final result, i.e. an experienced or experimental technology sample on the enterprise subject matter.

SDB main activity directions:

design documentation development on the enterprise subject matter using 3d simulation programs for manufacturing, assembly and installation of nanostructured carbon production and processing facilities, and on other enterprise topics as well;
enquiry specifications issuance;
documentation technological examination;
products manufacture with a cooperation share on some process operations;
design and technology support of basic units and aggregates production;
assembly and starting-up and adjustment design support;
products tests and their transfer to the customer;
assembly and starting-up and adjustment in the customer territory;
repair documentation development for major overhaul;
warranty and post-warranty service.

There is a production base with equipment and personnel in the SDB structure, which ensures the production of new equipment models, samples, test benches and facilities of special process and test equipment with a small cooperation share.
