Описание механизма
Последняя версия кинетического механизма термического разложения фторида серы состоит из 469 обратимых элементарных химических реакций между следующими 57 химическими компонентами в элементном пространстве S-F-N-O:
Список входящих в механизм реакций вместе с соответствующими данными о константах скоростей и ссылками на литературу приведены в табл. 2. Константы скорости даны в [см-молекула-с] и энергии активации Ea в [K]. Почти все зависящие от давления реакции имеют данные о пределах как низкого, так и высокого давления (ПНД и ПВД соответственно). Несколько реакций также имеют эффективности третьих частиц для константы скорости ПНД. Обратные химические реакции рассчитываются в соответствии с принципом детального баланса с использованием соответствующих термодинамических данных, параметры для расчета которых приведены в файле “thermSF6.dat” в формате ChemKin® [1]. В табл. 1 приведены использованные литературные источники. Данные все данные были согласованы относительно энтальпии образования , взятой из одного источника [2]. Кинетический механизм, также в формате ChemKin® доступен в файле “chemSF6.inp”. Данные для расчета транспортных свойств компонент рассматриваемой системы находятся в файле “tranSF6.dat”.

Верификация кинетической модели
Тестирование кинетической модели проводилось с использованием экспериментальных данных по конверсии SF6 в микроволновом разряде атмосферного давления. При численном моделировании эффект микроволнового разряда сводился к термическому нагреву исходной смеси.
На рисунке показано сравнение экспериментальных и расчетных данных по разложению фторида серы в микроволновом разряде атмосферного давления. Видно, что разработанная кинетическая модель дает не только качественное, но также и хорошее количественное совпадение с экспериментом. Имеется, однако, тенденция к небольшой недооценке численных данных по отношению к эксперименту с увеличением расхода газа.
